About

Oliver Frederik Paff was born in Frankfurt / Main in 1969 and relocated to Berlin Kreuzberg in 1987. From the age of 15, he has been self-taught in art, and his works are intricate and can be categorized into three sections: paintings, digital art, and relief-constructed paintings. Inspired by ancient Japanese mythology, he has portrayed the deities of early Shintoism in his own style, and his interpretation has extended to futuristic renditions, such as the Japanese Gundam Mech Machines. In addition, he has also been captivated by the magnificence of nature, and has created his own abstract expression of it through oil and mixed techniques. As an underground artist, his paintings have gained notoriety among the Berlin underground scene, and his studio is also acclaimed in connoisseur circles from Vancouver to NYC to Tokyo.
